We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned with all original tags attached and the sanitary liner intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
